We will draw out the floor plan and identify required subcontractor and consultant services. Your contracts are with your trades while we act as your project manager and liaison throughout the project.

Design Fee
Project-Based. Minimum $2500, plus materials on a cost plus basis.

Additional Services
Design, selection and purchase of new decor and furniture available on a cost plus basis.
